Refunds (if applicable): 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If it is within the 30 days please contact us via email at info@sunshinecoastlavender.com or phone at 604 885 5563. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we'd appreciate the opportunity to correct any issues.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transport. If you would like to exchange an item please send us an email at info@sunshinecoastlavender.com or call 604 885 5563 to discuss the exchange. If/when approved, we will send you return instructions. Once the item is returned in original condition the new item will be sent out. Shipping costs may be incurred for this process.

Shipping
The responsibility of shipping costs for returned goods will be decided on a case by case bases. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping could be deducted from your refund.
